As a full-size SUV, the 2025 Cadillac Escalade can seat up to seven people, 25 cubic feet of trunk capacity with all seats occupied, and has smooth, refined handling. While these are already exciting features, we’re going to look at even more of its numerous highlights.
Engine Power
The Escalade comes standard with a 6.2L V8 gas engine that produces 420 hp and 460 lb-ft of torque. The engine is mated with a 10-speed automatic transmission, and you can choose between the standard RWD or AWD. Fuel efficiency is part of the engine design, and you’ll easily achieve 15 MPG in the city or 19 MPG on the highway with RWD. The AWD option delivers 14 MPG in the city and 18 MPG on the highway.
Its independent rear suspension makes driving even more comfortable by absorbing bumps and reducing vibrations. It also enhances handling by allowing each wheel to adjust for the road surface. This improves traction and gives you increased control when cornering, even at high speed.
Massive Diagonal Display
Cadillac has a long history of including standard features that other manufacturers only offer, if at all, on their highest trims. The Escalade’s giant OLED touchscreen is just one of the many exciting features you can enjoy. It spans 55″ from pillar to pillar and is divided into three sections. The right section contains driver information, the center controls the infotainment system, and the left section is a separate display for the front passenger.
The large vehicle information readings and infotainment app buttons make it quick and easy to find the information. The screen’s slight curvature enhances this even further, and the passenger display even includes digital blinds to prevent distracting the driver. Android Auto and Apple CarPlay are installed, together with Google Built-In. Wireless recharging is also standard to keep your smartphone fully charged.
Executive Second-Row Seating Package
This available feature turns the second row into a luxurious, high-technology command post. The second-row seating is removed and replaced with two captain’s chairs. These chairs include six-way power adjustment, 4-way bolster power adjustment, and 10-way power massage adjustment. They are also ventilated and have dual mode switches for heating the chair backs and seats.
A floor console is installed between the seats and includes two stowable table trays, infotainment screens attached to the rear of the front seats, and two wireless recharging pads. An AKG Studio Reference 42-speaker audio system with headrest speakers is also installed. Additionally, second row passengers have their own climate control settings, Power Open/Close doors, and more.
